8 Tram, Largo Argentina

Posted on Nov 22, 2008 | 8 comments

People about to board the 8 tram in Largo Argentina. This takes you down into Trastevere and Monteverde. The train always reminds me of when I first moved to Rome because I used to date someone who lived in Monteverde.

I’m playing with some longer exposures at night, this one has an f stop of 5.6 and shutter speed of 2 seconds. I took a lot of photos last night, so will be sharing them over the coming days. The exciting news is that I will be displaying my work at the end of January here in Rome. More info to come as I have it, but I will be focusing on the evening shots of the city and people, so will be posting things here as I fill out the selection (and you guys can help me decide what is good!).

  2. Awesome! I wish I could be in Rome for the show. You will have to tell me all about it when it’s up. As for this pic, I love the way there is movement and stillness going on at the same time. Good work my friend, I am proud of you!

  7. Thank you both for the support. You’ll be there in spirit Mom. Tell Dad what an inspiration his camera has given me. All his research paid off!
