Follow the Yellow Pole

Posted on Feb 18, 2009 | 4 comments

During the same bus ride where I took the G7 security photo, I decided to have a little fun and take pictures of the yellow bus stop poles as I went by. In the end it kind of tells a little story of going from the center, where you’ll see people with their suitcases to the more residential neighborhoods with their graffiti covered wall. It was an interesting little experiment and I liked the results. I’m putting the photos in order from when I took them, so beginning of the bus ride going toward the end. I wasn’t able to get every bus stop, but the ones I did take are pretty interesting I think.

  3. Nice idea.. the good news is that you have a lot of times you can try again and with daylight lasting more and more you’ll have a nice light even late in the afternoon!

  4. Yes, I’m looking forward to the extended days as it will give me new light to play with. It will be fun to see the results.
