I’ve written about these street side altars before and here is another, in color and black and white. Located on the corner of via dei Quattro Cantoni and via Giovanni Lanza, I love it because of the neon lights that read Ave Maria. I’m usually not here at night so I haven’t seen it lit up, but one of these days I’ll go by and do “part 2.”
In a separate note, today is Rome’s birthday, but more importantly (for me at least), is that it’s my mom’s birthday. Happy birthday Mom! I love you and thank you for all of your support.
