Urban Portrait

Posted on May 10, 2009 | 3 comments

Today was amazing here in Rome…the sun was shining and the sky was clear. It was the perfect day to go walk around and so of course I did, camera in hand. Here is my favorite of the day, as sort of “urban portrait” if you will. Taken on via del Pigneto outside the laundrette. I’m on my way out, so won’t write much, but I’ll definitely write more about Pigneto in the future, especially once I return in the evening to photograph.

It’s a been a great week photography wise and I’ve gotten some great news about a few upcoming projects. I can’t say much right now, but will be sure to let you know more. I’ll just say that the next two months will be very busy photo wise and I’m very excited about some new opportunities. I can confirm, that I will be having a small exhibit at Al Vino Al Vino in Monti starting mid-June. My photos will be on show for about 6 weeks and when I have the date they’ll be going up, I’ll write it here first. Haha they told me they normally don’t have openings for this sort of thing, but that’s ok ā€” I’ll do one anyway and you’re all invited. šŸ™‚

  1. Congratulations for the exhibition. Even though it’s my first time here, I’m sure you have the talent. I’ve looked around a bit šŸ™‚
