Killing Time

Posted on Jun 17, 2009 | 5 comments

I took this photo the other day in Piazza Navona at around 6 pm. The sun was still out in full force and I thought this group of kids who looked wiped out from what was probably a long day of sight seeing captured things perfectly. It’s funny because I find travellers come here and plan all this stuff and then realize that the heat is killer because they’re walking around all day!

  1. This was a favorite piazza of mine for photographs when I was in Rome a few years ago.

  2. Yes, it's one of mine as well. Always tons of people there so fun to capture street scenes.

  3. Hi Jessica,
Had to look at Christmas Fair pictures again; 2010 will come!
I hope your exhibit has been and will be very successful.

Ciaoo

  5. This shot reminds me of Navona at 1 pm during the school year, kids hanging out with nuthin to do but make out and smoke. Ah, your photo makes me miss the old 'hood.
