Civitavecchia

After a few days of rest and relaxation in Sardinia, I’m back and ready to share more photos of Rome. Thanks for being patient while I was away! Today we actually start outside of Rome and rewind to last Tuesday when I took the train from the Roma Trastevere station out to Civitavecchia, Rome’s main port city. Before going all I knew if that all of the cruise ships that come to Rome dock here, but I’ve got to say the coast looked really pretty and the first shot is outside the train window as I pulled into the station. It took about one hour to arrive and then I hopped over to the port to take my night ferry, booked through Moby, to Olbia on the northeast coast of Sardinia. We departed at 10 pm and when I woke up…there we were!
