Lotto

Posted on Aug 25, 2009 | 8 comments

I took this photo awhile and never posted it, but am doing so now in honor of the Superenalotto, which reached the highest jackpot in European history and was won by someone in the town of Bagnone on Saturday. So far the winner hasn’t stepped forward, but good luck keeping that a secret in a town of 2000 people!

  1. I read about that. If I did win that much money I would start my own lottery business!

  2. Please have the lotto winner call me for some investment advice from an American financial advisor! I make "house calls" for that amount of money!

  3. i've watched it on the news…that person just became a super billionaire!
a town of just 2000 people?!
how can you keep a secret like that? hmmm…

  4. that poor man will be bombarded by requests from everyone-as soon as he says no to one he'll be harassed by the townspeople

  5. Yeah I am thinking he'll be caught out quite soon. Sounds like the mayor already has plans for all that money!

  6. I think that lottery is one of the worst in the history as nobody wins for weeks, isn't it?

  7. Saturday – Yes, I heard the odds are pretty slim because you need to get all the numbers. But hey, someone won! And I guess that just makes for bigger jackpots.

  8. I recently came accross your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I dont know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
