The Kosher Bakery

Posted on Nov 13, 2009 | 5 comments

Sunday can be a fairly sleepy day in the city of Rome, as most shops are closed. The Jewish Ghetto is one exception and it’s always fun to see the lively contrast in that section of town. This past Sunday I captured this shot outside of the Kosher bakery. Always jam packed with people, you’ll notice the woman on the right is snacking on one of their delights. My friend Katie Parla explains the magic of the biscottini found inside in one of her recent blog posts.

  1. This place is indeed magical. Don't get there too late on Sunday or you will find the shop has been cleaned out of its delicious treats!
