Alice’ Back in Rome

Posted on Jan 29, 2011 | 5 comments

After spending the past few months traveling around, most recently in Australia, Alice Pasquini is finally back in Rome and painting up her hometown like crazy. While it’s been great to see all the exposure she’s been getting on blogs for her works internationally, I can’t help but admit that I’m happy she’s back in Rome to give me more material to photograph. In fact, she’s been painting so much that I can’t keep up with everything she’s posting on her Flickr, but today I went out in San Lorenzo and got a bunch of new stuff. I’m loving the new, looser and spontaneous style that has been developing since last spring when she stopped using posters and really just got into painting directly onto different surfaces. It’s especially refreshing because almost everyone uses posters here and it’s visually interesting to see something new and different. Enjoy the eye candy and keep an eye out for her stuff in Rome!
